We believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God unto salvation for all people (Rom 1:16). As we aim to lift Jesus up, He will cause all people to be drawn to Him (Jn 12:32).
We want the church to be attractive both to Christians and unbelievers because they are drawn to Jesus.
We strive to be a church that is faithful in proclaiming the Gospel in every worship service. And a church that points to the beauty and sufficiency of Jesus is the most important aspect of our gathering.
We believe that the Scripture is God's self-revelation to humankind and is beneficial for faith and Christian walk. We want to be a church that is shaped by what the Bible says and depend on it to lead us to a greater understading of who God is.
Because we worship a missional Triune God: The Father sending His Son into the world. The Son modeled a missional life when He was born not as an earthly King but as a Jewish carpenter. The Spirit empowering early believers to be witnesses as they are scattered. So, we want the church to reflect the missional nature of the Trinity.
We strive to be mindful in making decisions that lead to Christ-honoring engagements with people we want to reach.
Because Jesus the King calls all nations, tongues, tribes and people to Himself, we want to be intentional in serving a culturally diverse community. We hope to be a place where different cultures not just co-exist, but live in harmony because we share a common identity that's beyond race or preference.
We believe that the Holy Spirit's work is the power behind effective Christian witness (Acts1:8). And because the vision for the city is a monumental task, it requires supernatural empowerment and guidance by the Holy Spirit.
We want to be a church that recognizes our great need for the Holy Spirit in order to serve and use our gifts for the good of the city.
Help us see this vision of a Gospel-centered church in the city come to fruition.
